These terms apply to minipeterborough, run by Mini Peterborough. By using the site you agree to them.

For everyone

• We are an independent directory, not an agent or booking service. Any booking is between you and the provider.
• We check listings against providers' own information and show the date we last did so, but we can't guarantee details are complete, current or accurate. Please confirm with the provider before you book or travel.
• A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement. We don't inspect or vet providers. Safeguarding, DBS checks, qualifications, insurance and suitability for your child are matters to check with the provider.
• We aren't responsible for third-party websites we link to.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

For providers

• Basic listings are free. We decide what to list and may edit, decline or remove a listing, for example if it's inaccurate or unsuitable for a family audience.
• When you claim a listing or send us details, you confirm you're authorised to act for the business and that the information is accurate and not misleading.
• Paid plans are not on sale yet. Featured, Premium and holiday-club boosts are coming soon, and the terms below will apply once they launch. Nothing is charged before then.
• Featured (£15/month or £150/year) and Premium (£35/month or £350/year) are subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid month. Yearly plans can be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase; after that they run to the end of the paid year.
• A holiday-club boost (£25) is a one-off payment for the top slot on one school holiday's guide. If we can't provide the slot, we'll refund you in full.
• The launch offer (3 months of Featured free for the first 20 providers we approve) doesn't renew automatically and has no cash alternative.
• Paid placements are always labelled as such. Payment doesn't buy changes to factual information or editorial coverage beyond what the plan describes.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Content

The site's text, design and illustrations belong to us. Providers keep the rights to their own names, logos and materials, and give us permission to display the details they supply.
