About minipeterborough

minipeterborough is an independent local website for families in and around Peterborough. We bring together classes, clubs, holiday care, party venues, entertainers and free things to do, so you can find something for your children without trawling dozens of websites.

Who we are (and who we're not)

We're a small, independent business. We are not part of Peterborough City Council, its Family Information Service, any school or any provider listed here, and none of them endorse us. For official information about childcare, funded places or SEND support, please use the council's own services.

How we check listings

• We find providers through public sources and confirm each one on the provider's own website or social media page.
• We write our own short, factual descriptions. We don't copy other directories' text, photos or reviews.
• Every listing shows the date we last checked it. Things change, so please confirm with the provider before you book.
• For home-based providers we show only the area and the first part of the postcode, never a home address.

What we don't do

• We don't vet, inspect or recommend providers. Safeguarding, DBS checks, qualifications and insurance are each provider's responsibility, so ask them.
• We don't publish reviews or star ratings.
• We use illustrations and openly licensed photos of places and venues, each credited, and we never show children. A place photo isn't a photo of any business listed there.

How we make money

Basic listings are free. Paid Featured and Premium placements are coming soon and will always be labelled. Listings are compiled with the help of AI tools from each provider's own public information. Details can change, so please confirm with the provider before you go.
